Cancellation Policy
Wow Laser requires a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of prepaid services.

Return Policy
All sales of products, service packages, and prepaid treatments are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to use a prepaid service, you may receive a credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price, which can be used for other treatments or products offered by Wow Laser. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.

Treatment Outcomes
While Wow Laser is dedicated to providing the best service possible, the outcomes of aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person. Results cannot be guaranteed, and payments are for the treatments to be performed, not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications
Medicine and aesthetics are not exact sciences, and while good results are expected, there is no guarantee of specific outcomes. Additional treatments or treatment for complications may be necessary, which could result in additional charges.

Rights Reserved
Wow Laser reserves the right to change policies without notice, although we will try to communicate any changes in advance whenever possible.

Practice-Patient Relationship
While we value our patients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.
